Contract for subsea works on CPS retrofits and subsea bolt exchanges at diffusor plates (steel plate under central column of tripod foundation) in the offshore windfarm Trianel Windpark Borkum.

Requested services in detail:

Preparation phase

— preparation and provision of risk assessment and method statement,

— preparation and provision of task plan of offshore operation,

— preparation and provision of project time schedule,

— preparation and provision of offshore operation time schedule at one location,

— preparation and provision of technical equipment and material list,

— preparation and participation in kick-off-meeting,

— procurement of equipment and materials.

Execution phase

— provision of a suitable vessel (at least DP2),

— mobilisation/demobilisation,

— transit to OWF and vice versa,

— daily reporting,

— execution of offshore operation.

Scope CPS Retrofit

— installation of corrective CPS retrofit at 2 WTG locations with tripod foundations,

— installation of preventive CPS retrofit at 2 WTG locations with tripod foundations,

— notes: area of Operation is the area between J-tube and touchdown point of the cable on the seabed, cables are active and in use.

Scope diffusor plate bolt exchange

— exchange of bolts and shim flange gaps at 4 locations (6 flanges each 2 bolts per location),

— note: diffusor plate is located under the central column of the tripod foundation.

Post-processing phase:

— preparation and provision on final documentation,

— preparation and participation in lessons-learnt-meeting.
