Sunderland College (the College) wishes to establish a framework agreement of suitable providers to deliver training and education on its behalf in England for the academic year 2018/19. The College seeks to contract for high quality provision which complements but doesn’t compete with its own provision or meets a local need which the College is unable to meet and / or benefits the local community.
