The net site www.hil.no and accompanying solutions requires upgrading. Lillehammer University College therefore seeks a new joint venture partner that can renew the existing net site www.hil.no (both English and Norwegian versions) and at the same time provide qualitative feedback (consultancy) for the wanted solutions. The joint venture partner is expected to have good knowledge of responsive design and preferably experience from educational institutions or equivalent systems.
