This contract concerns the maintenance of the EU-EV-EP sanitation works and garbage collection column in the groups of buildings managed by the OPH of Vitry-sur-Seine. The contract is mixed, it is treated at a fixed price for current maintenance services and at order forms for additional work, within the limit of an annual amount of EUR 40,000 excluding tax. The contract is concluded for a period of one, tacitly renewable three times for one year.

The holder of this contract undertakes to maintain in perfect working order all the networks of the buildings defined in the CCTP.
