In the present case, the client is tendering planning services for the design of public open spaces and street spaces in Bergneustadt across Europe.

In the green master plan, the guidelines for the design of the various open spaces are predefined, which are now to be worked out and implemented in detail. The other planning services, primarily the service phases 3 to 8 of the outdoor facilities service profile according to HOAI 2021, must be processed for each project.
