Business Finland Oy, hereinafter the procurement unit, requests a tender for the access control system.

The acquisition includes a joint access control system and implementation project for Business Finland Oy (2725690-3) and the Innovation Finance Center Business Finland (0512696-4), as well as support, maintenance and development services related to the system and, as an option, Finnvera plc (2725690-3).

Business Finland Oy and the Innovation Finance Center Business Finland are together Business Finland.

Business Finland and Finnvera plc are independent operators, but they have partly similar business environments, jointly used systems and the need for mutual information sharing.

Finnvera Oy and Business Finland belong to the Team Finland network.

The contract is valid until further notice.

Business Finland Oy will select one (1) supplier based on the tender.

The system must have its own instances for Business Finland and Finnvera Oy. The system must be offered as an on-premise solution, which will be installed in Business Finland's data center and, optionally, in Finnvera's data center. The data center partner of both is CGI Suomi Oy. The maintenance and solution service must be provided for each organization separately.
