The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to maintain green or natural spaces (mowing, cleaning, weeding) either manually, mechanically or by grazing herbivorous animals. This open call for tenders is subject to the provisions of Articles R. 2124-2 1 o and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The benefits will be subject to a framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum or maximum pursuant to Articles R. 2162-2 al 2, R. 2162-4 3 o and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14. As an indicative and non-contractual basis, the average annual estimate is EUR 133 000 (incl. VAT). The framework agreement shall be concluded for an initial period of one year from the date of its notification. It may be renewed tacitly for a successive period of one year, for a maximum extension period of three years.
