The contract consists of a fixed firm share and an estimated share.

The firm and flat-rate portion includes:

Item 1: drafting the documents necessary for the realization of surface samples on paved and unpaved floors;

Item 2: drafting the operating procedure for conducting the surveys;

Item 3: carrying out 350 soil samples on unpaved surfaces, taking soil samples (350), managing samples (350);

Item 4: carrying out 200 samples of surface-covered soil, with the prior removal of concrete or bitumen coatings (200), taking soil samples (200), management of samples (400) and filling (200);

Item 5: the drafting of the operating procedure "verification of the safety of the soundings;

Item 7: Provision of the safety audit report of the surveys;

Item 7: Carrying out 15 boreholes and associated soil samples (60), managing soils and samples and filling in 15 boreholes;

Item 8: drafting the operating procedure for the measurement by gamma spectrometry of soil samples conditioned in SG500 and concrete or bitumen coatings removed when the floors are paved;

Item 9: gamma spectrometry measurements of SG500 conditioned samples (610) and removed coatings (200);

Item 10: Site Withdrawal and End of Intervention Report (RFI).

The estimated share includes:

Additional services per unit of work for surface sampling, soundings and the production of gamma spectrometry samples and measurements not included in the flat-rate and firm portion;

Compensation for work stoppages due to the CEA.
