The subject of the Order is:
Provision of winter maintenance services for provincial roads administered by the WFD in Puławy for the seasons: 2023 / 2024, 2024 / 2025, 2025 / 2026 consisting in combating slippery slopes and snow removal divided into tasks:

Ex. on combating slippery conditions and clearing snow from provincial roads No. 738, 741, 743 and 874 in the Road Circuit in Kurowo from the dispatch point in Kurowo1. For the above tasks, the Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the scope of the order and change the maximum number of contracted hours between individual equipment units according to the actual needs resulting from the prevailing weather conditions or the condition of the surface of provincial roads, without changing the maximum remuneration, as part of the Task.
2. The Contractor undertakes to perform the contract in accordance with its provisions and with the technical specification of the conditions of services related to the operation of winter maintenance equipment, constituting an annex to the contract and in a manner that guarantees the proper quality of services provided.
3. The Contracting Authority may make the following devices available to the Contractor: accessories (ploughshares
snow removal and strippers) in accordance with the provisions in the bill of quantities for the above tasks – to be mounted on the Contractor's carriers,
i.e. ploughshares 4 pcs., sandblasters 3 pcs. for task 7.
4. The Agreement should be implemented in accordance with applicable law, in particular;
a. the Act of 21 March 1985 on public roads (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 645, as amended)
b. the Environmental Protection Law Act of 27 April 2001 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2556, as amended)
c. the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2519, as amended)
d. the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended)
e. Act of 20 June 1997. Road Traffic Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1047, as amended)
5. The scope of services includes:
a. combating slippery and snow removal according to the winter maintenance standards set by the Ordering Party (constituting an attachment to the Technical Specification of the conditions of services related to the operation of winter maintenance equipment) and bills of quantities.
b. maintaining in constant readiness the equipment provided for the implementation of the Agreement together with
with its service in the period from 30 October, successively in 2023, 2024, 2025, to the end of the provision of services covered by the Agreement in the seasons 2023/2024, 2024/2025, 2025/2026, i.e. until 30 April in 2024, 2025 and 2026 respectively.
c. ensure direct communication with the operation of the equipment used to perform the Agreement, in order to provide the staff with instructions by persons authorized by the Ordering Party and immediately provide information by this service about:
• the current state of road passability,
• the time of commencement and end of services on individual road sections,
• hazards caused by weather conditions,
• other events noticed on the road.
d. making the equipment available in order to enable the Contracting entity to control its preparation at the place and time indicated by the Contracting entity, after the Contractor has reported its readiness, in accordance with the Technical Specification.
e. to provide, at their own expense and with their own efforts, current and repair maintenance of equipment provided for the provision of services covered by the Agreement,
f. perform at its own expense and by its own efforts the maintenance of the Ordering Party's equipment (ploughs, salters / sandblasters), if it was used in the implementation of the contract (cleaning from rust, painting, restoring efficiency) and return to the WFD in Puławy (applies to tasks from No. 1 to No. 7) by 15 May of subsequent years 2024, 2025, 2026 or within 15 days from the date of termination, withdrawal or termination of the contract. The equipment will be handed over and returned by a handover protocol.
Wyk.zam. pol. on combating slippery and snow removal of provincial roads No. 801, 801A, 831, 840, 845, 847 and the former DK 17 in the area of the OD in Kurowo from the dispatch point in Kurowo1.
