New construction of the Gilching Fire Station — Structural engineering services.

The municipality of Gilching intends to construct the construction of a fire station including a vehicle hall with 15 parking spaces in Gilching on the Starnberger Weg.

— cold storage hall 1 480 m2 BGF/9 185 m³ BRI

— Carport 550 m2 BGF/1 665 m³ BRI

— Total 7 073 m2 BGF/37 176 m³ BRI.

The following services are tendered for this: engineering services, structural planning according to § 51 HOAI, service phases 1-6 as well as special services. The service phases are commissioned in stages:

- Level 1: work phases 1-4,

- Level 2: Service phases 5-6.

The work phases 1-2 of the architectural performance have already been provided by ArgeArchitekten, Waldkirch. This preliminary planning, which has already been carried out, is the basis of the current development planning procedure.

The contractors of other services, such as engineering services of technical equipment, are currently or promptly determined in separate VGV procedures.
