Supply and transmission of electricity from the City of Autun, the Community of Municipalities of Grand Autunois-Morvan (CCGAM) and the Inter-municipal Social Action Center (CIAS) of Grand Autunois-Morvan for their delivery points of '' a power less than or equal to 36 KVA (segments C5).

Supply and transmission of electricity from the City of Autun, the Community of Municipalities of Grand Autunois-Morvan (CCGAM) and the Inter-municipal Social Action Center (CIAS) of Grand Autunois-Morvan for their delivery points of '' a power less than or equal to 36 KVA, for an annual consumption of approximately 3.08 GW per year.

The purpose of the framework agreement includes the following services:

- the supply of electricity to the delivery points supplying the buildings and structures of the members of the grouping as well as the public lighting of the City of Autun;

- access to the electricity distribution network and its use for delivery points under a single contract;

- the services listed in the catalog of ancillary services of the distribution network operator (GRD);

- the role of balance responsible party included in the price of the supply of electrical energy;

- the services associated with this supply.

The City of Autun is the coordinator of the grouping of orders and is responsible, as such, for the signing of the framework agreement as well as subsequent contracts.
