The tender concerns the provision of media monitoring and media analysis of the Contracting Entity's entire activities, including all faculties, departments and centres. The solution must contribute to simplifying the Client's communication work by, among other things, providing a full overview of today's media coverage, just as it must be possible to find, report and analyze the Client's publicity via a media portal/system.
The contracting entity offers an Agreement for the provision of media monitoring and media analysis based on an annual volume of: Media monitoring of national media: Around 30,000-40,000 national press reports per year. Media monitoring of international media: Around 12,000-15,000 international press reports per year. Media monitoring Social media: Around 60,000 – 70,000 hits. Media analysis: Around 15,000 - 19,000 national relevance-based press reports per year. The Contracting Entity consists of several faculties, departments and centres, which is why it is necessary to enter into an Agreement with a Supplier who can deliver a Solution where the source base covers a wide range. A well-functioning solution of media monitoring and media analysis is of crucial importance for the Client's communication work. It is therefore expected that tailor-made solutions and tools will be offered that simplify the Client's everyday communication work. Against this background, it is important that the Solution offered reflects the Client's existing need for a daily media monitoring delivery of relevant national media, relevant international web sources and relevant social media. In addition, a Solution must be offered where media analyses of national relevance-based press reports can be prepared. The solution must also embrace current technology, but partly also future technologies and media development. It is also necessary that an Agreement can be entered into with a Supplier who possesses a contingency plan consisting of professionally strong and experienced employees who can support the Client in the daily problem solving. It is important for the Ordering Entity that there is a strong focus on the daily cooperation between the Ordering Entity's contact person and the employees selected for the task by the Supplier. With regard to media monitoring delivery, the Ordering Authority wants a Solution which, on the basis of defined search profiles and keywords, ensures coherent monitoring of national and international editorial media as well as social media to which the Client is mentioned. It is also hoped that the search string can be extended to other relevant actors, including other universities, whereby media monitoring embraces the broad research-oriented press coverage in Denmark. In relation to the delivery of media analysis, the Ordering Entity wants a Solution that is digital and interactive with coding for several parameters, and which through data visualization and artificial intelligence can analyze relevant mention of the Client. The media analysis must be based on a visualization of how widely the Client's media coverage reaches, how dominant the Ordering Entity is in the media coverage, how the Client is mentioned in the media, how the Client has influenced the publicity, and benchmarks with other Danish universities. In relation to this, the Ordering Entity wants the Supplier to set up a media portal/system that can be used in the daily communication work.
