it is a service contract for the operation and maintenance of the thermal, air treatment, air conditioning and domestic hot water installations of the City of L'Union.

More specifically, it is a single-awarding framework agreement concluded pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Order Code

The contract includes the performance of services such as:

- p2: Routine operation and maintenance of facilities;

- p3: Replacement and repair of installations (Total warranty);

- purchase order services for a maximum amount of 300,000 euros excluding VAT for the total duration of the contract, for services that do not fall within the P2 or the P3 to deal in particular with accidental damage not attributable to the holder, compliance, or modernizations
