The subject of the contract is a service consisting of systematic reception and management of municipal waste directly from:
1) owners of domiciled property,
2) owners of properties on which residents do not reside, and municipal waste is created,
3) owners of “mixed” properties (in the part where residents reside and in the parts where residents do not reside and municipal waste is created),
4) owners of real estate on which there are cottages, or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes,
5) from family allotment gardens.
and their development, in such a way as to ensure adequate levels of recycling are achieved, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reducing the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to storage.

2. Cleaning stops and emptying street bins.
3. Ensuring, for the proper implementation of the subject of the contract, throughout the duration of the contract a sufficient number of technical measures guaranteeing timely and qualitative performance of the material scope of the service, in the amount consistent with the OPZ and with the parameters declared by the Contractor in the offer.
4.Cleaning up the area contaminated with waste and other pollutants discharged from containers, containers and vehicles during the implementation of the export service.
5. Securing the service of washing and disinfecting containers for interested property owners as part of individual arrangements.
6. The Contractor must have a storage and transport base located in the Municipality of Mysłakowice, or at a distance of no more than 60 km from the commune border and in the area to which he has a legal title. The base must meet the conditions set out in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on detailed requirements for collecting municipal waste from property owners.
7. A Waste Schedule will be established for municipal waste collection. Presentation of the draft schedule by the Contractor for approval to the Ordering Party will take place no later than within 5 days of signing the contract. Any changes to the schedule require a written form, with the exception of one-off changes resulting from extraordinary situations, m.in flooding, heavy snowfall, impassable road, public holidays. In all cases, the rescheduling will take place after at least oral agreement between the parties. A change of schedule does not constitute a change to the contract.
