The assignment consists of investigation and detailed design, including preparation of tender documents and construction plans/drawings for transmission facilities which will be performed in and around the waterways of existing pipe network in the three municipalities and to the new treatment plant (transmission facilities over land is declared as a separate competition). The assignment also includes support in connection with the monitoring of the performance contracts for construction as the Award authority has designed. See more details in the tender documents.
