The subject of the contract is the modernization, delivery and implementation of IT systems, and the launch of public e-services with the supply of the necessary equipment as part of the project "Development of INFORMATION systems in the Municipality of Perlejewo in order to increase the availability and quality of public e-services.

Part 1 - Modernization, delivery and implementation of IT systems and launch of public e-services with the supply of the necessary equipment includes: a) analysis of functional and non-functional requirements (pre-implementation analysis) and designing the System architecture and developing the System Concept, b) delivery, installation and configuration of the Software, c) implementation of the Software, d) delivery, installation and configuration of the equipment being the subject of the Order (server - 1 pc., NAS matrix - 1 pc., UTM devices - 1 pc., uninterruptible power supply - 1 pc,, patch cabinet - 1 pc.), e) migration of data to the System from existing and used by the Ordering Party IT systems and databases, if necessary, f) digitization of spatial information resources, g) granting the Ordering Party a license to use the works described in the Agreement,

Delivery of computer equipment – includes the supply of equipment for employee workstations: a) computer sets (7 pcs.), b) portable computers (2 pcs.).
