By means of this European public tender, the Council of State, the Court of Audit, the Chancellery of the Dutch Orders, the House of Representatives of the States General, the Senate of the States General, the National Ombudsman and the Social and Economic Council wish to conclude a framework agreement with three parties per lot that the contracting authorities can meet the need for temporary external staff. The contract is divided into three lots, namely:

1. ICT personnel

2. Financial auditors

3. Other hiring needs

The Council of State acts as coordinator in this tender.

All entrepreneurs who meet the requirements are invited to submit a Tender. This can be done independently, as a partnership and / or by calling on third parties.
