The municipality of Wallisellen owns plot 8281 and the ice sports facility on it as well as the restaurant Spoede. Both plants are getting old and need to be renovated. For this purpose, the entire system is broken down to the restaurant Spoede and rebuilt again. The restaurant Spoede is being dismantled into the shell and rebuilt from there.

To meet today's needs of the operator and the clubs, the entire system is expanded and brought to the state of the art. In addition, the ice hockey field will be roofed over to become weather independent.
