Collection and management of waste with code 19 12 10 – combustible waste (alternative fuel RDF) in the recovery process", i.e. successive collection, transport and management of waste with code 19 12 10. Waste must be managed in the installation in the recovery process in accordance with the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws 2022.0.699)

1.1. The subject of this contract is the performance, under the framework agreement, of the task entitled "Collection and management of waste with the code 19 12 10 – combustible waste (alternative fuel RDF) in the recovery process", i.e. successive collection, transport and management of waste with the code 19 12 10. Waste must be managed in the installation in the recovery process in accordance with the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. OJ 2022.0.699).

a) Reception and management of waste code 19 12 10 — combustible waste from Inneko Sp. z o.o. in Gorzów Wlkp., 180 Małyszyńska Street - fraction up to 35 mm with caloric content in the range 20-22 GJ and chlorine content up to 0,8% in quantities up to 7 800 Mg, (transport after Contractor's website). The Ordering Party is entitled to exercise the right of options by requiring the Contractor to receive acceptance and development, during the duration of the contract of waste up to 1560 Mg (20% of the size of the basic order).

b) Inneko Sp. z o.o. uses non-segregated municipal waste (code 20 03 01), packaging waste (from group 15.19), waste paper and plastics free of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and PVC for the production of alternative fuel (RDF). Alternative fuel (RDF) will be prepared by the Ordering Party for use in ground form into a fraction up to 35mm with a calorific value range of 20-22 GJ and chlorine content up to 0.8%
