The procurement refers to framework agreements for contractors in VS works for service, maintenance and redevelopment work in the Orderer's real estate stock. Agreements will be signed with two (2) contractors. Cancelling takes place according to the ranking principle which means that the contractor who received the lowest price is asked first and if he cannot be put the question to no.2 in the ranking, etc.

In the case of works exceeding one (1) million SEK, the applicant may choose to carry out separate procurement for specific projects.
