The subject of the contract is the design, construction and commissioning of a cogeneration facility and gas boiler room in Rybnik (location L1), along with the necessary construction works, supplies and services. The scope of the contract includes the design, construction and commissioning of container facilities housing cogeneration installations and gas boiler rooms in the city of Rybnik, in the "Design, deliver and build turnkey" formula.
The detailed scope of the subject of the contract will be specified by the Contracting Authority in the Terms of Contract Specification (SWZ), which will be forwarded to the Contractors admitted to participate in this procedure together with the invitation to submit preliminary tenders.
It is assumed to build two cogeneration installations based on gas engines in container design, equipped with a complete heat collection installation, including heat from flue gases (for each cogeneration installation an independent container), as well as the construction of all necessary accompanying infrastructure. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, it is also necessary to design, build and launch a gas boiler room in a container version, which will constitute an independent installation for the production of heat from gaseous fuel, equipped with a water gas boiler and all necessary elements of technical and accompanying infrastructure. Installations should be functionally complete, meet all applicable formal and legal requirements and the requirements of the Ordering Party, which will be specified in detail in the Specification of the Terms of Contract. Container units should be made in such a way that it is possible to dismantle them and transport them to another location. Gas boiler and cogeneration systems are also to work together on heating systems - variable and fixed parameters.
It is assumed that each of the cogeneration facilities will be equipped with a gas engine and all necessary elements of technical and accompanying infrastructure, and will cooperate with the neighboring gas boiler room in the production of heat for the heating system and the fixed parameter. The subject of the Order must be automated to the maximum extent through the implementation of solutions enabling maintenance-free operation of installations in the field of gas engines, gas boiler and associated equipment and related technological installations.
The gas boiler room must be automated by implementing solutions enabling maintenance-free operation of the gas boiler installation, associated equipment and related technological installations.
It is required that the newly created installations of gas engines fired with network gas meet emission standards, which will be specified in the SWZ.
The Contractor's duties will include complete land development along with the development of the excavation for the gas boiler building created by the former contractor. It is up to the Contractor to prepare appropriate designs and surface roads, squares, pavements and green areas on the plots covered by the subject of the contract, i.e. No. 2384/99 and 2389/105 with a total area of 7926 m2. If the preparation of the area requires the use of a retaining wall, the Contractor is obliged to design and build such a wall and possibly obtain an appropriate permit for its construction.
The contractor is obliged to make a connection to the pre-insulated heating network brought to the plot. The length of the connection will depend on the location of the boiler room and cogeneration installation by the Contractor. Connection and connection to other linear installations such as plumbing, gas, electrical and teletechnical is also within the scope of the Contractor's work.
