Under the provisions of the General Specifications concerning deliveries, the current specifications differ from articles 12.13.15§2,50,53,55§4 and 56 to 62, due to the specific nature of the assignment: it concerns a long-term rental without purchase option, with a one-off receipt at the time of the provision of the vehicle(s).

Articles 5 to 9 (provisions relating to the guarantee) do not apply either: the provision of the vehicle and the regular payment of a rental resulting from the very nature of the assignment guarantee the administration against any gap in the exercise of obligations by the lessor.
