By strategic partner Dunamare means a bidder who does not act purely as a supplier, but who is a sparring partner for the further development of the IT vision. A partner who gives solicited and unsolicited advice on a strategic, tactical and operational level and is a 'trusted advisor'. In short: it's about more than just looking after the store. In addition, the partner is able to work independently with other Dunamare IT chain partners in realizing common solutions, under the direction of the central Dunamare IT organization. The strategic partner works with a fixed and decisive customer team of specialists who are in close contact with the Dunamare central IT organization.
