This contract concerns the execution of execution studies and civil works (lot 1) relating to the renovation of INB 37A, as part of the Pagode project.

The service, which is the subject of this contract, is described in the special technical clauses, supplemented by the general technical clauses and the constituent documents of the WFD as mentioned in Article 2 of the draft contract. It must be carried out in accordance with the prescriptions, standards, laws and regulations in force.

The service includes:

- the supply of the deliverables described in the special technical clauses,

- the supply of the deliverables described in the general technical clauses,

- the site surveys and the appropriation of the existing,

- the studies described in the particular technical clauses necessary for the execution of the works,

- all the works and related transversal missions as described in the special technical clauses and in particular:

- structural work, for concrete works including TFC reinforcements (subcontracting imposed Nuvia special works),

- structural steelwork,

- the finishing works,

- VRD works,

- the establishment of the base life and temporary offices and locker rooms,

- plumbing work,

- removal and removal work,

- carrying out all the tasks described in the general technical clauses (control of deadlines, cost control, control of configuration, quality management, monitoring of safety requirements, compliance with and monitoring of environmental requirements, the carrying out of the controls, the respect of the technical requirements, the respect of the organization of the building site and the modes of intervention in the INB 37A ...),

- conditioning and disposal of waste in accordance with the waste management procedure and, more generally:

- the supply of all the equipment necessary for carrying out the work specified in the special technical clauses,

- the contractual documentation, and in particular the file of the executed works (DOE) which conditions the reception of the market,

- the associated certificates of conformity,

- all the constraints related to a service taking place on a CEA site (access formalities on the center, prevention plans, DOT, DIMR, medical follow-up of the personnel involved and prior training sessions),

- the protection of existing structures and the security of the site,

- participation in meetings with the CEA and / or the EOM described in the general technical clauses and the draft contract in paragraph 4.7,

- keeping the premises and premises where the work is done clean.
