Kdg is looking for a partner service provider for the purchase, configuration and implementation, development, management and maintenance of an integrated Facility Management Information System (FMIS), IT Service Management Tool (ITSM) Tool and self service portal.

The objective is one portal that makes it possible for students, staff members and external partners to register notifications and requests, make reservations, or search for information to solve problems themselves (knowledge database). The staff of support services (service employees) can provide status updates of requests and notifications via the tool. The various components ideally work as one integrated Service Management Tool. This integrated tool includes the following components:

part 1: Facility Management Information System (FMIS)

part 2: IT Service Management Tool (ITSM)

part 3: self service portal

The tenderer preferably offers a SAAS solution (cloud) that is entirely under the management of the tenderer or partner thereof. Backups are included in this offer.
