3. The Contracting Authority shall allow the submission of equivalent tenders. The Ordering Party shall consider goods with no inferior technical parameters than those indicated in the description of the subject of the order. The equivalent offer is an item with the same or better technical, quality and functional parameters which satisfies the minimum parameters specified by the Ordering Party in Annex 1 to the SWZ (in particular, the assortment offered must correspond to the subject of the contract indicated by The Ordering Party in terms of: technical parameters, performance, purpose, functions which it performs). In this case, the Contractor is obliged to present together with the offer a detailed specification, from which the Contracting Authority will not doubt result, that the offered assortment is of the same technical, qualitative and functional parameters in relation to the assortment specified by the Ordering Party in the description of the subject of the order. The Ordering Party shall inform that if trade marks are included in the description of the subject of the order, an offer that meets the parameters of the individually indicated assortment specified by its manufacturer shall be considered an equivalent offer. The names provided by the Ordering Party, trademarks are exemplary and their indication is intended to determine the expected standard.
