This procedure, announced by ADR SpA, is aimed at identifying the economic operator to whom to entrust the provision of services relating to Network, IT Security Infrastructure, Telephone System (Public and Private), Airport Information Systems, Mobile Equipment, Field Equipment, Workstations, Peripherals, Printers, Data Centers, Collaboration Systems and Rooms - CIG 9848931AF7
The Contracting Authority intends to entrust the supply of Services related to Network, IT Security Infrastructure, Telephone System (Public and Private), Airport Information Systems, Mobile Equipment, Field Equipment, Workstations, Peripherals, Printers, Data Centers, Collaboration Systems and
Sale.
The five-year contract amount, net of options, is EUR 31 464 924.60 broken down as follows:
- Amount for the Provision of Services related to Network, Computer Security, Telephone System, Airport Information Monitor, Field Equipment, Workstations and Collaboration Systems equal to €. 30.195.000,00, to be accounted for as a "body", subject to reduction of which labor costs pursuant to art. 23 paragraph 16 of the Public Procurement Code: € 22,900,000.00;
- Amount available to the Customer for any "tailor-made" activities equal to € 750,000.00 not subject to reduction. The discount offered during the tender phase will be applied to the "Price Lists" attached to the tender documentation;
- Amount available to the Customer for any activities related to professional support services equal to € 500,000.00 to be accounted for "to measure", not subject to reduction. The discount offered during the tender phase will be applied to the Price List for professional figures.
- Amount for security charges from DUVRI equal to € 19,924.60 to be booked "to measure" and not subject to reduction.
The renewal option is described in point II.2.11 below.
The total estimated value of € 62,929,849.20 is calculated with reference to a ten-year duration, due to the exercise of the right of renewal.
The award will be made according to the criterion of the most economically advantageous tender.
The contract consists of a single lot as it is necessary to ensure uniformity and perfect integration between the various services covered by the contract. Given the uniqueness and complexity of the service in question, this cannot be divided into lots managed by different subjects.
