1. The subject of the contract is the performance of works related to forest management / forestry services covered by the financial and economic plan for 2019 in the forests of Tomaszów and Ulów.

The works relate to the following areas: harvesting, logging, forest cultivation, removal of undergrowth, agricultural drainage, seed collection, forestry, forest protection

2. The contract will be awarded in parts. The size of the subject of the order is as follows:

a) timber harvest (thick): 12,883.00 m 3

b) logging: 12 883.00 m 3

c) removal of undergrowth and organization of post-harvest area: 23.87 ha

d) renewal: 25.39 ha

e) corrections and additions: 1.91 ha

f) forest care (total): 127.90 ha

(including :): soil care and weed control: 47.40 ha, early cleaning: 51.91 ha, late cleaning: 28.59 ha

g) fence fencing: 10.72 ha

h) chemical protection of crops: 10.80 ha

i) soil preparation: 4.00 ha

The subject of the order was divided into 2 lots.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the amount of work in the field of: logging and skidding, removal of undergrowth, agritechnical drainage, breeding and forest protection (including securing crops by raising fences) resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR in the Tomaszów forest area in 2019.
