The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly together with the design of the installation of natural gas boilers and liquefied gas boilers as part of the low-emission economy - exchange of heat sources in the Lubochnia Commune stage II
Delivery and assembly together with the design of the installation of boilers for natural gas within the framework of the project “Low-carbon economy - heat source exchange in the Municipality of Lubochnia stage II”1) The subject of the order includes:
(a) execution of project documentation after carrying out local visions
b) dismantling the existing boiler c.o. and c.w.u tray.
(c) obtaining the conditions of connection with PGNiG on behalf of the resident in locations which do not have gas connections together with the conclusion of the signing of a connection agreement between the resident and the PGNiG
(d) obtaining all required arrangements and permits, including a construction permit or to notify the works performed
e) Notification of commencement of works on behalf of the Ordering Party and the resident to PINB in Tomaszów Mazowiecki together with the logbook of construction
f) delivery and installation of equipment and installation components,
g) carrying out on-site installation installation on the basis of design documentation made and approved by the Contracting Authority
h) commissioning and instructing,
(i) preparation of a request for technical examination of the device subject to technical supervision on behalf of the resident, if applicable
(j) notification of equipment to the competent technical supervision unit for the purpose of obtaining a decision authorising operation with the decision to operate on behalf of the resident, if applicable
k) execution of an as-built surveying inventory
(l) preparing and submitting an application for a notice of completion of works to the competent PINB on behalf of the resident and obtaining a certificate of no objection regarding the use of the built installation
2) 11 natural gas boiler installations are envisaged including:
a) 3 installations with a boiler power of 15 kW
b) 4 installations with a boiler capacity of 20 kW
c) 3 installations with a boiler capacity of 25 kW
d) 1 installation with a boiler capacity of 30 kW
A detailed description of the requirements of the Contracting Authority for the implementation of the subject of the contract including design, assembly and construction works is defined by the Functional and Utilities Programme (PFU), Annex No. 1 to SWZ.
For proper valuation, it is recommended to carry out local visions of the facilities after informing the Ordering Party in advance.

d) Notification of commencement of works on behalf of the Ordering Party and the resident to PINB in Tomaszów Mazowiecki together with the logbook of construction

f) carrying out on-site installation installation on the basis of design documentation made and approved by the Contracting Authority
g) commissioning and instructing
(h) preparation of an application for technical examination of the device subject to technical supervision on behalf of the resident
(i) notification of the equipment to the competent technical supervision unit for the purpose of obtaining a decision authorising operation together with obtaining a decision to operate on behalf of the resident

2) 50 installations of boilers for liquid gas are envisaged including:
a) 10 installations with a boiler power of 15 kW and a tank size of 2700 l for liquid gas
b) 14 installations with a boiler power of 15 kW and a tank size of 4850 l for liquid gas
c) 5 installations with a boiler capacity of 20 kW and a tank size of 2700 l liquefied petroleum gas
d) 9 installations with a boiler capacity of 20 kW and a tank size of 4850 l liquefied petroleum gas
e) 9 installations with a boiler capacity of 25 kW and a tank size of 4850 l for liquefied petroleum gas
f) 1 installation with a boiler capacity of 30 kW and a tank size of 2700 l for liquefied petroleum gas
g) 1 installation with a boiler capacity of 30 kW and a tank size of 4850 l liquefied petroleum gas
h) 1 installation with a boiler capacity of 30 kW and a tank size of 6700 l l liquefied petroleum gas
