The contract concluded is a single-beneficiary framework agreement. The framework agreement will be implemented as the order forms are issued. It is concluded without minimum or maximum (article R. 2162-4 3º). The market is broken down into nine lots. Lot 3 includes a social inclusion clause (see CCAP) and lot 9 is reserved for structures for integration through economic activity (see R

VS). Lot 3 includes a firm phase and two optional phases (see RC). Lot 9 includes a compulsory PSE (see RC). In order to better understand the constraints of the site, a compulsory visit is scheduled for lot 3 according to the procedures described in the RC. In addition, candidates are invited to submit samples in support of their tender in accordance with the procedures described in the CR for lot 1.

Operation of the top of the quay of the waste reception centers in Hermival-les-Vaux, Cambremer, Saint-Cyr-du-Ronceray and Moyaux.

Transport and treatment of plant and wood waste.

Transport and treatment of cardboard boxes, non-recovered waste, inert waste and bound asbestos waste.

Transport and processing of metals.

Transport and treatment of specific diffuse waste (DDS).

Provision of skips, reloading, transport and treatment of plant waste for the municipalities.

Cleaning of the surroundings of voluntary collection points.
