The contract includes a firm tranche concluded for a period from the date of notification of the contract until 30/06/2025 executed both on a fixed price basis and on purchase orders. The maximum out-of-bundle order threshold for this tranche is set at 65,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT). The contract also has 2 optional tranches:Optional tranche 1 will be executed on purchase orders if it is consolidated; the maximum order threshold for this tranche is set at 350,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT). Optional tranche 2 will be executed at a fixed price if it is consolidated.
