This contract is a service contract whose purpose is to assist the contracting authority on technical due diligence.

The purpose of this framework agreement is to enable citydev.brussels to request a specialised control office on request for the purchase of a new property and when selling a property from the real estate assets of citydev.brussels."

This framework agreement will make it possible to benefit from assistance in determining the technical constraints of the property studied.

This contract consists of the following components:

• PART 1: analysis + data room creation

• COMPONENT 2: preliminary visits + due diligence

• PART 3: assistance to the P.A. during the sales procedure

• COMPONENT 4: follow-up of sales agreements + upgrading to standards

Each component can be ordered separately by the P.A for a period of 4 years.
