The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the area of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Lublin Branch for the needs of NOSG under the conditions specified in the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) and executive acts issued on its basis to the facilities (collection points) of the Ordering Party listed in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract. The subject of the contract includes delivery, sale and purchase within the meaning of Article 3 point 6a of the Energy Law, carried out on the basis of a sales contract referred to in Article 5 paragraph 1i paragraph 2, point 1 of this Act. The subject of the contract should be made in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annexes 2A, 2B, 2C to the SWZ). Supply of electricity to residential buildings in Janów Podlaski, Bohukały. Estimated amount: 5,670 kWh over an 11-month period
