The University is seeking to secure a qualified, experienced building surveying consultant with sufficient resources to undertake a new building condition survey.

The University commissioned a Building Condition Survey in 2015 of the whole estate. However, since that survey was completed there have been considerable change in the building stock, demolition of some buildings, new buildings and upgrade works done to address some of the maintenance issues identified in the 2015 survey.
