The district of Lüneburg intends to award the maintenance cleaning at the Adendorf secondary school and in the Scharnebeck school centre with sports hall as well as the buildings of the Lüneburg district administration, including rental properties, in a restricted procedure in accordance with § 16 VgV.
The restricted procedure is a procedure in which the contracting authority, following a prior public invitation to participate, selects a limited number of undertakings on the basis of objective, transparent and non-discriminatory criteria (competitive bidding), which it invites to tender. The full description and weighting of these criteria can be found in the tender documents.
The application for participation does not have to be submitted yet, i.e. the specifications and calculation documents already attached as well as the text of the contract are currently only for information on the intended scope of services and contract conditions.
The invitation to tender will only be sent to the selected participants with a separate message via the e-procurement platform.
