Cleaning and related services for MindLabs

The Association of Owners Locomotive Boulevard 101 in Tilburg (VvE) is going through this European tender with the aim of contracting one Tenderer for the execution of cleaning and related services for the MindLabs building.

After the award of the contract, the Contracting Authority intends to conclude an Agreement with one Tenderer for a period of four (4) years with the possibility of extending two (2) times for a period of two (2) years.

The MindLabs building covers approximately 11,000 m2.
