The subject of the contract is comprehensive maintenance of rivers in the Sandomierz Water Supervision.
4.2 The order has been divided into 2 lots:
Part 1:
- Service - mowing slopes, hacking the bottom, removing blockages on the rz. Zawidzance,
- Service - mowing slopes, hacking the bottom, removing blockages on the Tributary from Bogoria,
- Service - mowing slopes, hacking the bottom, removing blockages on the Tributary from Piskowola,
- Service - mowing slopes, hacking the bottom, removing blockages on the rz. Strzegomce,
- Service - mowing slopes, hacking the bottom, removing blockages on the Watercourse from Tursk,
- Service - mowing slopes, hacking the bottom, removing blockages on the Chorzelowski Canal,
Part 2:
- Service - mowing slopes, hacking the bottom, removing blockages on the rz. Streaks
- Service - mowing slopes, hacking the bottom, removing blockages on the rz. Pripyat,
- Service - mowing slopes, hacking the bottom, removing blockages on the Tributary of the Sielec,

Gmina Kurek is bordered by the gminas of Zawidzance, Tributary from Bogoria, Tributary from Piskowola, Strzegomce, Cieku od Turska, Kanał Chorzelowskie1. - Service - mowing slopes, hacking the bottom, removing blockages on the Tributary from Piskowola,
- Service - mowing slopes, hacking the bottom, removing blockages on the rz. Strzegomce,
- Service - mowing slopes, hacking the bottom, removing blockages on the Watercourse from Tursk,
- Service - mowing slopes, hacking the bottom, removing blockages on the Chorzelowski Canal,

The detailed scope of work and the requirements for its implementation are specified in the documentation of the procedure, including in particular the Description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, the offer cost estimates constituting Annexes No. 3a – 3b to the SWZ and the draft contract constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
4. The Contractor is obliged to conduct natural supervision over the works carried out throughout the entire period of work. The rules for exercising environmental supervision are set out in point 5 of the description of the subject of the contract.
