1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of furniture and equipment for play corners for the nursery at 25 Mokra Street in Warsaw as part of the investment entitled "Construction of the nursery at 25 Mokra Street".
2. The required parameters of furniture and playground equipment for the nursery are specified in the Description of the subject of the contract – in Annexes 1A, 1B, 1C to the SWZ.
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of furniture and equipment for play corners for the nursery at 25 Mokra Street in Warsaw as part of the investment entitled "Construction of the nursery at 25 Mokra Street".
1. 1. The Contractor shall deliver, at its own expense and risk, to the building of the nursery at 25 Mokra Street in Warsaw the equipment in accordance with Appendix No. 2A, 2B, 2C to the Terms of Reference (price forms for the delivery and installation of furniture equipment and equipment for play corners for the nursery at 25 Mokra Street in Warsaw) containing a list of elements of the subject matter of the Agreement.
The Contractor will unload, assemble and place the furniture in the nursery rooms designated by the Ordering Party. Receipt of the subject matter of the contract will be confirmed by a written handover and acceptance protocol drawn up by authorized representatives of the Parties. The Contractor shall attach warranty cards for the delivered subject of the contract to the acceptance report.
1. 2. The furniture and playground equipment supplied for the nursery must be a brand new product, not older than 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract in the original packaging, delivered directly from the manufacturer or authorized distributor, free from defects, have appropriate approvals, certificates, quality certificates and meet all the requirements of Polish standards and generally applicable laws, including if required, approval for use in educational establishments.
2. The required parameters of furniture and playground equipment for the nursery are specified in the Description of the subject of the contract – in Annexes 1A, 1B, 1C to the SWZ.
3. The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks of the subject of the contract.
4. The Awarding Entity does not allow submitting variants.
5. The Contracting Authority shall not allow partial bids to be submitted. Justification: The procedure in question forms part of a contract for the supply of furniture equipment and play corners, the individual parts of the contract are the subject of separate proceedings and will be awarded in separate proceedings.
6. The Contracting Authority shall not require the submission of such means of proof.
