Project finance in services pursuant to art. 183, paragraph 15 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and s.m.i. — concession for the performance of the energy performance service according to Legislative Decree no. 102/2014 (all. 8) with final design, executive, for the realization of works of energy redevelopment and plant adaptation of municipal buildings and public lighting; to be carried out, through the regional platform e-procurement Sintel, in the name and on behalf of the Municipality of Teglio, affiliated entity and contracting station.

The contract has as its object the energy performance service according to Legislative Decree no. 102/2014 (all. 8) with final design, executive, for the realization of energy requalification works and plant adaptation of municipal buildings and public lighting system of the Municipality of Teglio.

Specifically:

The operation of public lighting systems owned by today's date and provision of the related lighting service, or also future public lighting systems installed by the municipal administration and data in management to the dealer.

Volturation, optimization of supply contracts and supply of fuels for space heating and the production of domestic hot water and electricity of buildings procurement and public lighting utilities.

Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of new plant supplies and lighting systems delivered or installed by the dealer; final design (to be presented during the tender phase ) and executive, financing, implementation (including work management and coordination for safety) and subsequent management of regulatory adaptation and energy requalification aimed at generating greater energy efficiency and light, proposed by the dealer in its project-offer; works of energy requalification and plant adaptation of the following Municipal facilities:

1) social center + Materna Tresenda — via Consorzio Valgella 2 (locality Tresenda);

2) middle school Valgella — via Valgella 75/A (locality Tresenda);

3) elementary and average Teglio — via Italia 10;

4) service center — via Nazionale 66 (locality S. Giacomo);

5) Palazzo Comunale — Piazza Santa Eufemia 7;

6) ex-elementary Tresenda — via Nazionale, 38 (locality Tresenda);

7) Palazzo Cucò — Piazza Santa Eufemia;

8) sports hall — via Italia 10;

9) sports field 1 — via Nazionale (locality Tresenda);

10) sports field 2 — Remembranza park;

11) sports field 3 — via S. Giovanni.

The execution of works in accordance with the executive project; the execution of maintenance services.

The service of availability and emergency assistance 24 hours a day.

All as better specified in the feasibility project placed based on the race to which it is referred.
