The subject of the contract is the supply of medical devices along with the lease of equipment for the Cardiology Department of the Nicolaus Copernicus Provincial Multidisciplinary Centre of Oncology and Traumatology in Łódź.

In Appendix 2, the Contracting Authority specified the conditions strictly required that must be met by the offered subject of the contract.

An offer can be made for all or selected packages. The offer for its validity in a given package must be submitted to all items. The Contracting Authority shall not allow tenders for items within the package.

The lease of the electrophysiological system, electrophysiological stimulator, system for three-dimensional heart mapping, RF generator and pumps for liquid-cooled electrodes along with the supply of electrodes.

The offer for its validity in a given package must be made for all positions. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of offers for items within packages.
