1. The subject of the contract is the modernization of the floor of 5 trams type 128NG including:
1) bodywork,
2) the interior of the passenger compartment,
3) driver's cabin.
1. The subject of the contract is the modernization of the floor of 5 trams type 128NG (hereinafter: "modernization") by the Contractor for the Employer, including:
1) bodywork,
2) the interior of the passenger compartment,
3) driver's cabin.
2. Body modernisation shall comprise:
1) replacement of the wheelchair ramp with a new one, along with a change in the floor structure
2) replacing the entire floor with a new one – the floor must be made of composite material
with high thermal insulation along with very high resistance to water, salt and other chemicals occurring during normal operation of the tram. The floor must meet the PN-EN 45545-2+A1:2015-12 standard,
3) replacement of the floor covering with a new one - the pattern should be agreed with the Ordering Party, in writing or by e-mail
4) installation of a logo informing about the place for people with disabilities – the logo must be made of floor covering and mounted in such a way that it meets the remaining new carpet of the passenger compartment
3. The interior modernisation of the passenger compartment shall comprise:
1) disassembly, repair and assembly of laminates of the interior of the passage compartment,
2) replacing the entire floor with a new one – the floor must be made of composite material
with high thermal insulation along with very high resistance to water, salt and other chemicals occurring during normal operation of the tram. The floor must meet the PN-EN 45545-2+A1:2015-12 standard,
3) dismantling, replacement with new ones and assembly of laminates that have been damaged during dismantling,
4) painting of laminates of the passenger compartment – the colors and technology used should be agreed with the Ordering Party during the execution of works,
5) inspection for mechanical and electrical damage of the equipment dismantled for the floor replacement process – irregularities found should be reported to the Ordering Party (in writing or by e-mail),
6) replacement of loop holders with new ones,
7) replacement of all skirting boards with new ones.
4. Modernization of the driver's cabin interior includes:
1) replacement of the damaged floor with a new one – the floor must be made of a composite material with high thermal insulation along with very high resistance to water, salt and other chemicals occurring during normal operation of the tram. The floor must meet the PN-EN 45545-2+A1:2015-12 standard,
2) replacement of the floor covering with a new one – the design should be agreed with the Ordering Party in writing or by e-mail
3) replacement of all skirting boards with new ones,
4) repair and painting of damaged laminated elements of the driver's cabin.
