For each sub-contract, a framework agreement is concluded on the basis of the draft agreement and the requirements specification included in the tender documents. Each framework agreement is entered into for a 2-year period with the option of renewal as options of 2 x 1 year. If necessary, the extension is subject to unchanged contract terms.
The date of entry into force of the framework agreements is expected to be 1.4.2019.
