- for the delivery year 2027 approx. 28.2 GWh for approx. 12 RLM outlets and approx. 20.0 GWh/a for 203 SLP outlets.
The collection points are located in the network area of badenovaNetze GmbH.

The bidder provides the energy data of the delivery points via a business customer portal.
Proportionate supply of biogas:
- for the consumption points of the city of Lörrach and for Stadtwerke Lörrach with a share of 10% in 2024 and 20% from 2025
- for a collection point of the city of Weil am Rhein with a share of 10%
- for a collection point of the city of Schopfheim with a share of 10%
- CO2 certificates according to the "Gold Standard" for the collection points of the district of Lörrach with a share of 10% and for the remaining share of 90%.
By submitting an offer, the bidder declares his express consent to the waiver of the receipt of a preliminary information pursuant to § 134 GWB. Eleven consumption points are billed as performance-measured acceptance points, all other consumption points are billed as non-performance-measured acceptance points.
