In this procedure, and more specifically for Lot 2, ILvA acts as a central purchasing body,

in accordance with article 2, 7 ° b of the law on public procurement. The city of Aalst (CBE:

0207.437.468 with address Grote Markt 3 in Aalst) may, in the course of the agreement, accede to the

central. In that case, ILvA only acts as an intermediary for the deliveries to the city of Aalst.
