All-year summer and winter maintenance of order and cleanliness in the road lanes of communal roads, i.e. on roads, pavements, squares, lawns, street areas along with arranging and maintaining low greenery, as well as maintaining order and cleanliness in undeveloped areas administered by the Żoliborz District of the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw, from 21/12/2019 to 20/12/2022.
1. Areas for regular sweeping every Monday and Thursday during the contract period, from April to November each year
2. Systematic raking of areas with an area 93.17 ares (with waste disposal), once a week every Monday, in the months from April to November each year
3. Mowing areas with an estimated area of 93.17 ares from item 2 in the months from May to September, i.e. once a month, 5 times in a given year, 15 times during the contract period
4. Mowing weeds with an estimated area of 1,365.99 ares in June and August each year, 2 times a year, 6 times during the contract period
5. Liquidation of illegal landfills, removal of waste, i.e. debris, bulky organic waste, etc., and removal of the effects of unforeseen random events (e.g. windbreaks, pollution from flowing waters)
6. Installation of kp-7 containers for bulky waste, green waste, event wastes, etc. in places indicated by the ordering party and handing them over to the next holder
7. Installation of 3 wc cabins and service in 3 wc cabins from May 1 to October 30, in each subsequent year of the contract
8. Mechanical cleaning of the road, 30,568 km long, ie 16 times a year, 48 times during the contract period
9. Emptying 100 street bins 7 days a week (once a day)
10. Snow removal (plowing) of roads of 30,568 km long municipal streets
11. Sprinkling the road with chemicals.
12. Snow removal from sidewalks for systematic winter use
13. Sanding the pavements for systematic winter maintenance with an area of 310.08 ares
14. Snow removal from 47 parking spaces with an estimated total area of 2.35 a
15. Snow removal from communal areas with an estimated 900 m
16. Cleaning ice and snow drain grates
17. Spring sweeping of pavements covered by winter snow removal with a total area of 310.08 ares
18. Grading of the surface of pavements and squares covered by constant cleaning mentioned in point A with the assumed grating area equal to 60 ares
19. Pumping water from stagnation due to spring thaws and heavy rainfall
20. Pouring (washing) water with a 30.568 km roadway 5 times a year 15 times during the contract period
21. Removal of fallen animals from the communal areas of the district
22. Liquidation of consequences of road accidents from sidewalk squares and roadways of municipal streets of the district
23. Ongoing cleanliness: organizing 10.76 ha of lawns in road lanes of municipal streets
24. Mowing lawns 6 times a year (from May 1 to October 31), and 18 times during the contract period

26. Fertilizing lawns
27. Spring and autumn raking of lawns with a total area of 10 ha
28. Raking leaves and dirt from clusters with a total area of 0.76 ha - 2 times a year
29. Weeding shrubs with a total area of 0.76 ha, weeding and leveling clusters of land, cleaning the area and waste disposal
30. Fertilizing shrubs with a total area 0.76 ha multi-component preparation, rich in microelements and nutrients for plant growth, 4 times a year, 12 times during the contract period
31. Corrective and care cutting of shrubs in accordance with the principles of horticultural art, raking and waste disposal immediately after completion of works
32. Harvest care (pruning rejuvenation)
33. Watering up to 300 trees indicated by the Employer with water
34. Delivering and spreading the bark under bushes.
35. Fencing with a single bar
