The invitation to tender concerns winter maintenance work on municipal and county roads in Gamvik municipality. This applies to the Gamvik location.
The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. Historically, the contracting authority has procured work for NOK 1,100,000 excluding VAT per year in recent years. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.

Lots/groups
Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR, §19-4 but has decided that this is not suitable for this type of agreement.
Contract
The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.
The agreement will be valid from and including 2022-09-09 until and including 2026-09-08, with an option for the contracting authority for a further extension for up to 2 years, for 12 months at a time.
The contracting authority will enter into a contract with one tenderer.
The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
ESPD
As part of the simplification of public procurements, and based on experience from similar, former procurements where many tenderers have limited experience with submitting tenders, the contracting authority has chosen not to require ESPD to be included in this call for tenders.
Tenderers are asked to confirm that none of the grounds for rejection in the form's Part III are relevant to you as a tenderer (this applies to funding of terrorist organisation, child labour, corruption, and involvement in criminal activities).
