Framework agreement with the issuance of purchase orders with an economic operator within the meaning of articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code relating to the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of 'parking meters for parking management.

Maximum amount: 500,000 EUR excluding tax.

The proposed equipment must allow:

- a mix of payment methods including coins, contactless and contactless bank cards, a mobile payment solution by telephone;

- management of subscriptions and user rights;

- payment of FPS at the parking meter and / or via a Fullweb platform for users.
