The subject of the order is the choice of the contractor who will successively supply the orthopedic implants to the orthopedic implants including: 1) cement-free endoprosthesis of the hip joint — in the amount of 160 pieces, (including polyethylen/metal articulation 120 pieces and ceramic/ceramic articulation 40 pieces), according to summary of minimum technical, qualitative and functional parameters specified in clause 4.13 of the SWZ.
2. A necessary condition, necessary to participate in the procedure is free lending by the contractor to the contracting entity for the duration of the contract instruments adapted to the mini-invasive surgical technique with anterior, intramuscular access.
