Stavanger, Sola and Randaberg municipalities, Stavanger Church Council and Folkehallene IKS, hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority, invite tenderers to a contest for a framework agreement for the delivery of workwear, footwear and personal protective equipment.

The contracting authority is not a legal entity. The parties are using joint tender documentation, but will enter into separate contracts with the winner of the contest, and are to be considered as contracting authorities with different delivery and invoicing addresses.

Stavanger Municipality has the secretarial services for this contest and will have all contact with tenderers on behalf of the contracting authority.

The agreement covers the delivery of workwear, footwear and personal protective equipment for women and men within the following product groups: visibility clothing, anti-flame clothing, combined visibility and anti-flame clothing, cleaning clothing, work shoes, safety shoes, personal protective equipment and similar.
