SZW provides legislation in the field of social security and in the area of statutory pension provision.

The Assignment includes the collection of data present at municipalities, or bodies designated by municipalities, in connection with the implementation of the Social Work Provision Act (Wsw). In addition, the Assignment also includes the management of this data, the processing of this data for statistical purposes, the analysis of this data and the periodic reporting on it. The Assignment is primarily about the collection and processing of the data for the year 2022 (1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022). The Assignment offers the possibility to extend for the years 2023, 2024 and 2025.
